The congregation at St. James Episcopal Church extends a warm welcome to all who visit us. Our doors are open wide to all individuals, traditional and non-traditional families. Although relatively modest in size we are big in diversity.We're located next door to the Long Beach Historical Society on West Penn Street at the corner of Magnolia Blvd. in the heart of the historic district. The church is only steps from a beautiful white-sand beach and ocean boardwalk. We take pride that the building and gardens have been officially recognized by the City of Long Beach as an historic landmark.
We offer Episcopal religious services Sundays at 8 and 10 AM. We also offer educational and outreach programs. Children are lovingly cared for in our Sunday School class which takes place during the 10 AM service.
